Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows based IT networks.

Work on-site and remotely to diagnose and resolve both
emergency and chronic problems related to availability,
security, performance, connectivity, and overall

Install, setup and configure Windows-based application
servers and .NET servers.

Configure and deploy Windows 2003, Windows 2000, and Windows
XP workstation environments.

Setup and evaluate various information services and
applications. Design and plan information technology

Support and manage Microsoft Outlook with back-end Exchange
2003 server, Microsoft Office suite, VoIP phone
communications, and high-speed Internet connection.

Plan and implement migrations to Windows Server, Active
Directory, and Exchange systems.

fault-tolerant configuration, efficient network
architecture, and proactive server monitoring.

We are looking for a seasoned, driven, product marketer
who will drive the success of our corporate solutions in
the North American markets. In this role, you will
report to the Vice President of Marketing for North
America and will manage a small team of marketing
professionals. Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis
and corporate and product positioning
- Lead creation of the product marketing and sales
strategy
- Drive product launch activities for all products
in North America
- Create and refine all sales tools including;
competitive positioning materials, white papers,
presentations, web content, and other customer and
channel communications across all product lines
- Maintain and communicate to the sales force
up-to-date information on how to sell against the
competition
- Contribute to the planning for major marketing
campaigns to support overall lead generation, brand
awareness and other marketing objectives
- Fulfill or otherwise provide resources to
support tradeshow attendance and, in some cases,
speaking engagements
- Act as a primary resource for providing support
to the RFP process
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of extensive hands-on work
experience related to software product marketing,
integration services and business consulting
responsibilities
- BA/BS in Marketing or Engineering/Computer
Science with an MBA (or equivalent) preferred
- Extensive experience building awareness through
relationships with analysts and media / ability to
clearly communicate/position the specifics of the
products to the market
- Demonstrated success in continually supporting a
distributed sales team through definition and
creation of positioning materials and training
- Ability / willingness to travel (10-20%)
- Knowledge of networking, integration, and
business consulting industries and products an asset
